Summary:
My research focuses on supporting immunization best practice and policies, and promoting informed decision-making by parents. I am particularly interested in addressing system level barriers to vaccine uptake for underserved populations. I work with a diverse group of collaborators and trainees to investigate such topics as: Are there ways to increase childhood vaccine uptake through delivery in a hospital setting, especially for children who frequently access hospital services? How can we support Indigenous communities in delivery of childhood immunizations? Are there innovative ways to support parents with competing priorities in accessing immunization services? My research collaborations with clinicians and policy-makers feed my passion for answering real world clinical practice and policy questions that impact child health.
