Connecting Through Research: "The little program that could: From humble beginnings to leading multi-centre trials within a decade"

Monday, September 25, 2017 - 11:30am to 1:00pm

The division of pediatric emergency medicine has only existed for about 15 years, with less than a decade of having a research director and infrastructure. In this last decade, thanks to collaboration, creativity, dedication, generosity and sheer stubbornness, they now have a very successful research program! In this presentation, their team will share lessons learned, through stories of successes and failures. They hope that these stories will help you when planning or working with your own research teams.

Date: September 25
Time: 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Location: ECHA L1-140

Pizza lunch provided. Register today!

WCHRI and the Department of Pediatrics are pleased to present “Connecting Through Research,” an ongoing monthly series intended to broaden the community of women and children’s health researchers. The goal is to enhance opportunities for collaboration and team building between research pillars, and increase opportunities for knowledge translation and transfer.
